TechnoRoll pulleys are constructed from either pipe or rolled steel plate, and incorporate steel plate end-discs and quality shaft material. Our in house roll plate machine capable of roll carbon steel plate up to 45mm thick. Roller steel plate and end-discs are welded using automatic welding manipulator, no manual weld.

Depending on type of pulley we will perform static or dynamic balancing, all process are done in-house. TechnoRoll supply medium and engineered TechnoRoll pulleys. We can supply flat or crowned pulley. TechnoRoll pulley used Ringfeder locking assembly and SKF/FAG bearing and bearing housing to ensure long service life. Drum Pulleys from 215mm to 2400mm diameter, range from light to heavy-duty pulley.
