Composite Roller
Titanium Reinforcement Polyvinyl Chloride
Composite rollers using a specially formulated Titanium Reinforcement Polyvinyl Chloride. Engineered and manufactured for masximum performance and reliability. Composite bearing housing ensures aligned bearing fit, superior strength for heavy-duty environtment and no "pizza cutter" effect. Suitable for overland, jetty area, low-noise conveyor, wet & sticky conveyor. Composite roller is up to 50% lighter than steel, which means a lighter load for maintenance crew and sometimes can reduction in horsepower requirements.

HDPE
Conveyor Rollers with High molecular weight high density polyethylene tube reinforced with glass fiber in 15mm or 20mm wall thickness (load dependent) in all our standard tube diameters-SABS and CEMA – 104mm to 250mm.
All rolls available in bearings from 6205 2RS C3 to 6312 2RS C3.
Light weight, minimum 50% lighter than steel rolls and minimum 60% lighter than return rollers. Glass filled HDPE has superb abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance and is 3 times stiffer than standard nylon 6 tube and a minimum 10 times stiffer than standard PE 100 tube with no reinforcing.
Rollers up to 2500mm in length. Hollow shaft also available to further reduce weight. All of our rollers are weight quality rollers with certified TIR’s below 0.2mm and out of balance averaging 16 grams per plane.
Flame retardant and Anti Static (FRAS) High density Polyethylene roller
Flame retarded High density polyethylene doesn’t drip or burn and will self-extinguish in under 20 seconds after being exposed to 1000 Deg C for 60 seconds.
The tube retains very good abrasion and corrosion resistance.
Super stiff flame retarded and conductive tube.
Tube is super stiff, doesn’t burn, conducts static and retains very good abrasion and corrosion resistance.
Custom Designed Roller
FRAME
Idler frames are designed to accommodate the operational loading characteristics of the conveyor where the cross member is designed to ensure that the loading and deflection limits are meet. Idler frames components are laser cut and bend in-house to ensure we have full control of quality assurance and delivery schedule
TechnoRoll develop SmartWELD robot welding to manufacture idler frames. SmartWELD is capable of welding various type of frame, carry idler, vee-return, retractable carry and impact, jack-down frames and training frame. Robot welding ensure consistence welding quality. Frames are manufactured primarily using angle iron or tube as main cross member.
Supra manufactures a large variety of TechnoRoll idler design configurations according to industry standards such JIS, DIN or CEMA or according to customer requirements. Idler Frame range from 600mm to 2400mm, painted according to customers requirements.
